Office Fees and Insurance
Cosmetic surgery, especially genital refinement and liposuction are not covered by insurance. Payment is typically fee-for-service with a portion paid in advance to secure the surgery date and to cover pre-surgical expenses (compression garments and blood work), with the remaining balance paid prior to the procedure, never after.
All patients that are considering cosmetic surgery must have a consultation visit with Dr. Benson. There is no charge for the consultation visit.
Liposuction Fees
We are unable to determine the fees associated with liposuction until you have your consultation visit. The number of areas to be treated and the extent of the treatment determine the length of time the surgery will take. This, in turn, determines the cost of the procedure. Experience has shown that in-office tumescent liposuction is less expensive because there is no fee for the hospital or anesthesia.
Genital Refinement Fees
These are probably some of the lowest prices available in the United States. We understand the life changing effect these procedures may have for a woman, so strive to make them as affordable as possible, for every woman.
Hoodectomy: $3,000.00
Labiaplasty: $4,000.00
Vaginoplasty: $5,000.00
The surgical fee includes: pre-op bloodwork, surgery and post-op visit.
If doing more than one procedure, add the individual fees together to determine the total cost of surgery.
Travel, hotel accomodations, meals and medications are not included.
Procedures & Requirements
When either liposuction or genital refinement is scheduled, you will be required to pay HALF of the total cost of the surgery. This may be paid with cash, credit card or money order. NO personal checks will be accepted. Four days prior to the date of your surgery, the remaining balance must be paid IN FULL or the procedure will be cancelled.
The fee paid is "all-inclusive." The fee you pay will include the doctor's fee, the facility fee, lab work, dressings and compression garments, post operative visits and phone calls. You are responsible for the cost of any pre-operative and post-operative medications that are prescribed.
Financing
The financing company we recommend is Capitol One Healthcare Finance Company and we are able to assist you in the application process. If approved, the money will be paid directly to Dr. Benson on your behalf. There are scheduling restrictions that apply when using this credit company, and will be explained, should you decide to utilize this company. If you use Capital One, and you decide to cancel the surgery after it has been paid for, the money paid to Dr. Benson will ONLY be refunded to the finance company. Should you choose to reschedule your date of surgery, you must do so within 90 days of your consultation visit.
Hotel Accommodations
